The Eagle Scout & Blake Shelton
tried to get one over on The Faculty, but the team of EČ, Eric Logan and
Eric Ruffington, proved to be too much for the young duo.
Jackie Sazerak was interviewed by Brenden Phillips about Jackie's match
against "Tricky" Dick Moore at Capital Punishment. Phillips obviously
didn't know Jackie well enough or he would've seen Sazerak's cheap
attack coming.
'Tricky" Dick Moore got a win over Donovan Cain in a match that had the
fans screaming for more.
Cherry Malone & Justin MacIntyre faced The Hybridz, AC Powers & Jason
Lyte. Of course The Spotlight, Spencer Powers, got involved and made
sure that Cherry Malone lost the match.
Lucious P. Cotrain pinned "The Smooth Operator" Alex Monroe after
hitting him with the Hero Sandwich and the P. Cole Stunner!
Billy Morgan teamed with the NMW Tag Team Champions, The WMDs - Danger
Doug Fraze and Tank Roberts, to take on the team of "The Man" Matt
Boston, "The Spotlight" Spencer Powers, and "Mr. Hollywood" Stan
Sallinger. Before the match, Matt Boston announced that he had been
injured at 1st Blood, but he had a replacement ready - Juelz Vega. Juelz,
however, got pinned to end the match and drew the ire of the rest of his
team.
Bishop Stephens and Steven Bishop of the Church of RON came down to the
ring to prepare for Stephens match with Guy Smith. President Phillip H.
Dempsey told Stephens that if he won, he could choose anyone on the NMW
roster to by Guy Smith's tag team partner at Capital Punishment. If Guy
Smith won, Smith could choose which members of the Church of RON would
make up their tag team at Capital Punishment. Guy Smith then made his
way to the ring with Rian Cruz and defeated The Church of RON thanks to
Cruz's watchful eye against Steven Bishop's attempted cheating.
"The Marvel" Shane Matthews & Sage
Ramsey faced NMW Heavyweight Champion Michael Shard & Steven E. Xavier
while President Phillip H. Dempsey watched from ringside. When PHD tried
to distract Sage Ramsey and get Michael Shard a cheap shot, Ramsey moved
and Shard clobbered PHD. Ramsey was then able to get the pin. The
celebration was short lived as EČ ran to the ring to assault "The
Marvel" in an attempt to injure him and remove him from his shot at
Michael Shard's NMW Championship at Capital Punishment.
